Once
I place my order, how long does it take to arrive?
Each item has it's own turn around time. Please allow
approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you make a full payment for all items to
arrive. Most of
our gifts are handmade to order so please allow us the time
required to provide you with the best product.
What is your
Return Policy?
Personalized/customized
items CANNOT be returned unless there is an error made on our
part. We are not responsible if you provide the wrong
information, so please verify your dates and spelling of
names very carefully. A
proof of your design will be sent to you by email for your
approval before printing (printed colors may vary slightly from
what is seen on screen) -- you must verify all information and
approve the design. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you cancel the order after printing
has begun, you will still be charged for 75% of the order price.
All discrepancies must be reported upon receipt of merchandise.
Failure to do so
will forfeit your rights to claim. All returns must be approved with a return
authorization number provided by A Great Gift Idea. Returns without authorization numbers on
the outside of the package will
not be accepted. We are not responsible for any incoming package that is sent
without insurance. You will
need to ship the item back before a refund will be issued.
Refund will be issued by method of payment you used to purchase
item/s. All returns
and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Product
must be returned in new condition in their original packaging.
What
methods of payment do you accept?
We
accept PayPal, Money Orders, or Credit Cards. Money Orders must be
received before wrappers will be printed.

Can I pay
by phone instead of via your website?
Yes. You can call your
order in during our normal business hours to 712.333.9199.
Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Central Time. Please keep in mind that even when you call
the order in, it will still be entered online. My credit
card processing company is online so whether you call me or
enter it yourself, it will be entered online.
What shipping
method
do you use?
Orders are sent out via USPS priority mail
with delivery confirmation and
will take 2-3 days to arrive at their destination to most of the
Continental United States. Actual delivery times will vary and
of course I have no control over these shipping times or
companies. The only thing I can guarantee is that I will
ship your order as soon as it's complete.
Will
you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately,
no. Currently we do USA orders only.
Do
I need to add sales tax?
South Dakota residents add 6% sales tax to all orders
placed from this site.
Can
I have a photo/artwork/logo on my wrapper? Is there an extra
charge?
Sure. There currently is NO additional charge for this
service. There is a maximum of 2 of these image items
allowed per wrapper -- some wrapped options will not be able to
fit 2 though. Your item(s) will be
returned with your order if you decide to mail it. It
is your responsibility to obtain photo releases for professional
photographs. I must have a written release from the
photographer prior to printing wrappers.

-PROCESSING:
Processing time starts from the time full payment has been
received. If receipt is after 1:30pm processing time
starts the next business day (M-F). Allow 10 days
processing.
Also allow a few days extra days for shipping order to you.
-We
reserve the right to accept and/or reject any order at our
discretion.
